Delivered directly from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the squid was swimming in the tank until the last moment and is served as sashimi, as well as luxuriously tempura or salt-grilled. The bonito is grilled over straw one by one upon order, and is brought to you fresh. You can enjoy a luxurious moment right up to the final dish of wild red sea bream rice pot.
