We deliver freshly cut squid that was just moments ago swimming happily in the tank. The bouncy texture, deep flavor, and translucent beauty of the meat are truly exceptional. Any parts other than sashimi will be luxuriously served as tempura or grilled with salt.

Fresh bonito arrives from the fishing port every day, and is grilled over straw in the shop to be made into "tataki" upon order! The strong fire of the straw grills only the surface, leaving the meat rare. The harmony of the fragrant skin and sweet meat is exquisite.

Generally, tataki is cooled after grilling, but the Kochi style is to eat it warm. For that reason, it is served immediately after grilling over straw. Please enjoy this authentic delicacy that is hard to find in Osaka.

*We purchase returned bonito from Kochi from January to June, and from Kesennuma from July to December.

The sunken kotatsu private room where you can stretch your legs and relax can accommodate up to 90 people. There are no large pillars, so the space is clear. Microphones are available for free rental! Please use them for toasting and entertainment.

We have private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables available for 2 people and up. We can connect the private rooms to accommodate various numbers of people, such as 6, 12, 20, etc.
