[Torahachi course] 9 dishes including fresh swimming squid sashimi and straw-grilled bonito for 6,500 yen
This is a course where you can easily enjoy Torahachi Shoten's specialty swimming squid and bonito grilled over straw. Delivered directly from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the squid was swimming in the tank until the last moment and is served as sashimi, as well as luxuriously tempura or salt-grilled. The bonito is grilled over straw one by one upon order, and is brought to you fresh. You can enjoy a luxurious moment right up to the final dish of wild red sea bream rice pot.

All-you-can-drink premium + 2,500 yen
For the 2,500 yen all-you-can-drink option, the number of types of sake increases to 8 and the number of types of shochu to 27.
*120-minute limit (last order 90 minutes)
If swimming squid is not available, the sashimi platter will be substituted.
If the straw-grilled bonito tataki is fatty, it will be prepared as salt-seared tuna.
You can add more bonito or swimming squid for an additional 1,200 yen per person.
