This course includes our specialties "Swimming squid sashimi" and "Seared bonito over straw," as well as stewed Kawachi duck loin, fragrant Densuke conger eel shabu-shabu, and other luxurious dishes made with seasonal ingredients. All-you-can-drink premium + 2,500 yen
For the 2,500 yen all-you-can-drink option, the number of types of sake increases to 8 and the number of types of shochu to 27.
*120-minute limit (last order 90 minutes)

If swimming squid is not available, the sashimi platter will be substituted.
If the straw-grilled bonito tataki is fatty, it will be prepared as salt-seared tuna.
You can add more bonito or swimming squid for an additional 1,200 yen per person.
