◇Squid tempura or salt-grilled
(※Salt-grilled or tempura of the squid's fins and tentacles served as sashimi)

If swimming squid is not available, the sashimi platter will be substituted.
If the straw-grilled bonito tataki is fatty, it will be prepared as salt-seared tuna.
You can add more bonito or swimming squid for an additional 1,200 yen per person.
