This course allows you to easily enjoy Torahachi Shoten's specialty swimming squid and bonito grilled over straw. Delivered directly from Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the squid was swimming in the tank until just before serving, and is served luxuriously as sashimi, tempura, or grilled with salt. Each bonito is grilled over straw individually upon order, and brought to you fresh. Finish with a wild red sea bream rice pot, ensuring a luxurious experience.
